Other information
Etaos is permanently affected by Paranoia, which starts at 0 and caps at 25. While affected by Paranoia, Etaos gains Crit by that amount. (Pop-up: Etaos' Paranoia critical boost increased to <5-25>.)- Each attack except Attack Types 9 and 10 gains 5 Paranoia stacks.
- If Etaos' Paranoia stacks are 25, Etaos will use Attack Type 10.
Etaos is permanently affected by 'Unseen' (+10X Bonus, where X is gained on the turn after Attack Types 9 or 10 is used).
If Etaos takes damage while stunned (including the first hit of a stun), all immobility effects applied on him will immediately be removed and replaced by 'Etaos Shaken' to himself, stunning him for 1 turn; additionally, Etaos applies 'Illusion Shifter' (+300 Immobility) to himself for 99 turns. (Pop-up: Etaos manages to shake off some of your stun.)
During the battle, Etaos is supported by Nirios, a noncombatant who applies buffs to Etaos for a few turns.- Nirios applies these buffs to Etaos, even stunned; only 'On Guard' and 'Analysis' can be active at one time and each buff has a cooldown of 6 turns:
- 'Analysis' (+75% to Crit modifier) for 4 turns inclusive. Nirios will use this buff if Etaos was not hit in the first turn. (Pop-up: Nirios: 'I see an opening.')
- 'On Guard' (+40 Melee/Pierce/Magic Avoidance) to himself for 3 turns. Nirios will use this buff if Etaos was hit in the first turn. (Pop-up: Nirios: 'Watch yourself, Etaos!')
- Each time Etaos loses 20% of his maximum HP, Nirios can buff Etaos to gain 10 stacks of Focus to increase the damage of Attack Type 10; all of Focus stacks will be removed upon taking 10 hits or consumed upon using Attack Type 11; additionally, 'Analysis' and 'On Guard' will gain an additional turn of its duration. (Pop-up: Nirios: 'We'll do this together, brother!' / Nirios' focus empowers Etaos' attack! / Nirios' focus is lost!)
If Alz'ein was defeated in Dance of the Stars, Etaos will gain 'Telyts' and 'Azcrat' buffs from Isiri; only 'Telyts' and 'Azcrat' can be active at one time and each buff has a cooldown of 6 turns:- 'Telyts' (+40 Bonus) for 4 turns inclusive. (Pop-up: Isiri: 'By the power of the stars, The Dagger against your foe!')
- 'Azcrat' (+40 Melee/Pierce/Magic Avoidance) for 3 turns. (Pop-up: Isiri: 'A bulwark drawn from constellation, bring forth The Shield!')
Etaos follows the skill rotation; Attack Type 1 -> FREE -> Attack Type 3 -> FREE -> Attack Type 5 -> FREE -> Attack Type 7 -> FREE -> Attack Type 8 -> Repeat, with certain Attack Types used on certain conditions:- On the turns labeled FREE, Etaos can use Attack Types 2, 4, and 6 in sequence; if Etaos does not connect a hit from those Attack Types, he will repeat the same attack until a hit connects from those attacks.
- Etaos will pause his rotation to use Attack Types 9 and 10 on the following conditions:
- If Etaos falls below 50% of his maximum HP, he will prioritize Attack Type 9 before all other Attack Types. Attack Type 9 can only be used twice.
- If Paranoia stacks are 25, he will use Attack Type 10.
