A 3 hit sword slice from the smaller Wakizashi at the character’s hip.
Elelocked to water, so it gets Elecomp. 10+ BTH lean.
Pure damage oriented. *85/95 damage
2. Silted sights.
Hits: 3.
Throws a smoke bomb that attempts to inflict blind on the monster.
Weapon-based skill that follows weapon element but has a -50% damage (so it's like you're hitting with a standard attack)

the whole skill then inflicts a 3 turn 100 / 0.7 / 1.4 * 0.85 * (85 / 90) / 3 = -27.3 bth, at a -20 save
the skill is also +5 bth lean, so that you have a better chance to hit
-27.3*[WaterResist] BTH for [HitsConnected] turns at a -20 save.

Appearance: Dark blue ninja garbs with sleek cloth, a scarf acting like a cape fluttering in the wind behind the back, and baggy pants. (Kinda similar to Frostval Mercenary but recolored black and blue.)
Description: Strike from silted waters. This Ninja garb is infused with the calm but deadly might of the ocean depths. It can blind your foes with silt or deliver finishing blows with its Riptide blade.
