So if I have an item that increases burn potency, and another item that also increases burn potency, like AQ's 21st Birthday cupcake and Snuggle Hearts shield, do the potency stack? One gives like -20.6 burn potency, and the other gives -20 burn potency, so do they stack to become -40.6? Or is just one of them active? If so, is it always the highest potency or does it depend on the type of item? And if they do stack, do Omni-status potency stack to the burn potency as well?
