Are any of the sub-races considered Undead, because I don't want my character to be an Undead, because there's a Boss monster that could kill you if you're an Undead?

Vampire and Werepyre but you can cure yourself. It's not worth missing out on powerful armors because of one boss. Subraces offer so much.

Just to add on, there's only like 3 bosses in the game that have an anti undead player trigger, and the chance for the one shot effect on the two of those bosses that have the one shot is very very low. I'd say that you shouldn't worry about it overall
