Most of this is just off the top of my head since my main char primarily plays beast warrior, but most everything should be on the wiki if you want more info
There’s the Nickelclad weapons and their light clones if you managed to snag them while they were around. If not the “Unnecessarily Ornate Weapon Not Just For Show” from C GGB has a similar SP healing function. There’s the mosquito pet/guest and jelly pet and plush mort, fae wanderer, void skull pet/guest. Then EO, brain wreck, 16th cupcake soul gauntlet
While there isn’t a wide range of direct SP healing items, there are good ways to increase your efficiency with STR based weapons. Festive elf arsenal and foam finger both boost pet and guest damage (aka healing), Using oath of desire and stacking it with other HealRes items (shield + armor + guest) can be used with EO brainwreck and 16th cupcake to greatly increase the efficiency. Another great item for beast warriors is Broodfiend of nulgath. It increases companion damage, gives a decreased guest cost, and inflicts panic. The increased companion damage on top of the decreased guest upkeep makes a nasty duo with mosquito guest/void skulls too. On top of this, companions get the +50% damage from the initiative on the first as well, which makes a huge difference as well when using mosquito/void skull guest and and of the sp healing pets.
