Friday, March 6, 2026 Arena at the Edge of Time: The Test of the Cycle! Hey there, heroes! This week, the Chronology board has been updated with a new challenge: the Test of the Cycle! The Chronology board has been extended and a new pair of Chronomancers have arrived to test you! Take on the ShadowWalker of Time and the Avatar of Time in the Test of the Cycle! Will you be able to outmaneuver their time-twisting tricks and emerge victorious? Earn a pair of cool Timeblade wings if you can succeed! Head over to the Inn at the Edge of Time to face them! Also this week, March seasonal items have arrived! The Scythe of Dreams is available from the Book of Lore for 400 DCs, alogn with other March seasonal items. There have also been a number of changes to the Book 2 Konnan fight in the Nightmares quest.- Konnan no longer has immobility resist, but stuns are now reduced to 1 turn on him.
- The self-damage from missing has been doubled to 100% base damage.
- Konnan no longer gains Boost when he misses (Still gains Bonus)
- Other effects have had their power reduced.
That's all for this week! Have yet to confront them as a duo (likely another Difficulty 3), but the fact that DoomKnight can blind confront them 1v1 is a potential hint of their difficulty being a bit lower than their previous companions. SWoT is the only one that managed to corner me while AoT vibed itself to oblivion despite "improvements" to a certain meme skill it has. EDIT: attempted the duo with Paladin to at the least get the feel even though I would lose. Seems they have plenty moving parts that I managed to evade in the solos. All I can tell is SWoT is basically a non-critting CZ and AoT may also have conditional turns (uses a different skill/attack depending on the gamestate) alongside punishing you the more your HP goes below what it recorded for Temporal Reset.
