Ok heres the deal the way i learn best is if people are wlking me thro it not like i c it on a msg but say if they were on msn or aim and they were talking me thro it.My problem is i want to know how to make siggys and use the brushes and things like that so could anyboday come on msn and aim and tlk me tho on how to do it and ill work for you at your shop or do you a favor or somthing PLEASE! i really really want to learn how to do this please help!

Dont worry, your not the only one, The thing is, you have to practice and practice and practice. You''ll eventually be good, I mean look at me. I just started a week ago and look at what I made!(in signature)

 hernan's right but if you have GIMP i can give you some tuts and if that doesn't work i may be able to help walk you through it...though i'm not too clear on directions...

i have gimp and i kinda just like made sumthink i just worked out the brushes and stuff like that so i started going i save it as jpg and it said jgp cant handel transparent sumthing so i clicked i dont care i saved it and everything when i opened it up all my work was a little red box so what do you think i should save it as ?? im using photobucket so what should i save it as here are the options foe photobucket: gif,jpg,jpeg,png,bmp,swf so what should i save it as on gimp out of those options please help me thannk you.

Ok i dont know how to do images case i just started i have only figured out the brushes and i use photobucket so i did it all then saved it and it said jpg and gif cant do textuers so what i do is click ignor then it saves it i look at it agin and its a little red box so i think i might have to do it by a certain one so what one do i save it by is it like bmp,jpg etc. can some1 please help me.

 I think you mean that it says that .jpg and .gif can't save layers?

That's okay, it'll just flatten your image, it won't look any different.

If it actually says, "jpg and gif can't do textures", then I'm lost; because GIMP never said that to me.

copy & paste: yes!
just take the link imageshack givs you (the one of your choice, prferably the direct link) and paste it inbetween [image][/image]

Red, I don't think he's stupid enough (No offence) to type the huge link instead of copying and pasting...

And shadow, by ImageShack, he means the image uploading site you use, no matter if it's ImageShack, Free Uploads, Photobucket, etc...

ok then when i type that will the image just show up or will it still look like a link? because if it still looks like a link then that will be hard to position lol?

shadow, the image will appear, but you have to use the 
[image][/image]
around the link.

Red -> last post = ignored

Ok i am making somthing like right now but the problem is my friend said to copy the link from my photo uploader(photobucket) so i copyed it in like my friend said and i deleted the [IMG][/IMG] and replaced them with[image][/image] but when i look at my sig theres just a really long link is it sopose to be like that or is the acculy image sopose to be there ?? please help?
