Click on it to rewind time by one turn. This costs the listed SP, and attempts to reset both you and the Monster's HP/MP/SP to what it was on the previous turn. This does not take a turn.
The monster can resist with a save:Level: PowLvl vs MonsterLevel
Major: VStat vs MonsterLUK
Minor: YourLUK vs MonsterINT You can only successfully* use this effect once per battle. Once you succeed, Rewind is disabled for the duration of the battle.
Technical details:
- You need to have the shield equipped for at least one turn before you can attempt Rewind**. At the beginning of battle, if the monster attacks first, this does not count as a round. During your turn, if you switched your current shield to Father Time, you won't be able to Rewind until the next turn.
- If the monster succeeds on the save and resists***, then you can pay SP to use the effect again. Regardless of successful Rewind or not, it does not take a turn, so you can try multiple times by clicking repeatedly until you succeed. Each time attempted will spend SP.
- The effect technically heals HP/SP/MP by [Value at the beginning of last round] - [Value at the beginning of this round]. If you use HP/SP/MP somehow without spending a turn (Ie Class toggle, Misc item, Father Time and fail the save, etc.) and then 'rewind', then you won't gain back the HP/SP/MP that you just spent.
