Soluna NPC Duels

Location: Soluna City
Objective: Defeat a GEARS student in a duel
Requirements (Level/Completion of Other Quests): Level 3

Lars: Soluna City is huge! There is so much to see, I cannot wait for some of the big shops to open.

Wyonna: I can't wait to join a ouse at the university! I can't decide... WolfBlades, RuneHawks, or MystRavens?

Xena: I hear the entry exam has a 5% survival rate

Joey: After that dropship ride, I don't think I'll ever fly again... I heard Worsh even let a random student fly us through an asteroid field!

Susie: That little pet of Tek's is soooo cute!
