Special Effects: Both can happen simultaneously

Chance for "Overcharged! X%!", the hit does X% bonus damage, where X can equal any number from 1 to 100.

Chance for "Enraged!", Damage (Boost) increases by 10 while Accuracy (Bonus) decreases by 6 each turn over 5 turns.

Description: Fires a shot of pure concentrated rage! Has a tendency to overcharge... This version has a rage device installed...
