NOTE: The attacks are currently bugged! The following are the unbugged stats.

PortalLevel is (0.0008 * YourLevel^2 + 0.84 * YourLevel + 10.375), rounded down, or (YourLevel+3), whichever is higher.

Upkeep:

If you are on Kairula, the SP cost per turn is (1 - (KairulaRep-6)*0.05)*round(0.13125 * (38.1 + 2.3375 * PortalLevel + 0.01125 * PortalLevel^2)) This is currently bugged, and always assumes that you're not on Kairula

If you are not on Kairula, then the cost is double the above value.
