I thought It would be a good idea to make some AE themed keychains. But if you buy one, you get a small, ingame item. Maybe a keychain shop. I would buy one of these, if they were made.

Buying a title? That completely defeats the object of a title. Idiots with cash would say things akin to 'I is better than j00 cuz i haz epic title! Lawls!1!!eleven!!'. Titles are meant to be earned, not bought.

Although I like the keychain idea. Maybe like AQW Good, Evil and Chaos keychains would be pretty cool.

I do disagree with the title thing, maybe an avatar owuld be a better idea, (not custom of course) but keychains would be cool

As everyone is not liking the title part, Ill explain it. Its to advertise the forums. If people have external motivation, they are more likely to join the forums.

Hmm...I don't like the custom title idea, seeing it's something which is not available to the public directly, since it would cause too much work and server usage. It also would raised many flame wars in a similar way to paid and free players on most AE games.

I don't think the forums need an advertising merchandise, because they aren't a profitable source to compensate the money used on the keychains in first place, and have plenty of support and advertise on the games (the game pages and the DNs).

More than a Game

Hmm, a good idea, although, as .Discipline has stated, that would defeat the point of a title. Since its AE themed, wouldn't it be better if the reward(s) were put into AE games? This way, more people would know about them, which would result in more people buying them.

@~JW~

The problem is not on how many times or what title you change it to, but the custom title idea itself. Even if it wasn't a custom one, but a selection of titles, or something like "Keychain buyer", it would still raise the same problems as custom titles in terms of complains, but it would take less memory space, in a way. It's still too much work for something too small.

Outsmarting Bugs

...except that now this isn't a forum suggestion at all. AE merchandise will only happen as a result of an in-house decision due to all the work that goes into getting it made and selling it, it's not something that would happen as a result of a player suggestion.

For the above reasons, I am locking the thread.
