Which forum for posting character backgrounds?

I was considering writing some character backgrounds for my Dragonfable characters and their dragons. Which forum is the most appropriate one to post these is?

U can post in Legends and Lore or is u good at art, u can post in Creative Art

Is Legends and Lore really appropriate for that, though? The backgrounds only relate strictly to Dragonfable, and I don't really want to go through the entire application process just to post this one thing.

 I believe plans are underway to modify L&L so that there exist some places you can post one off things without approval. You also can likely post such things to the Writing Academy at present
