how do you staff member or the weapon graves end seems a cool weapon or armor of cysero plz tell me

 Right now, they're not really looking for anyone. Becoming a staff is the same process as getting any job of game programmer

 Basically, they are jobs. You must be over 18, have a vast deal of knowledge in game programming, and must be very helpful around the forums. Asking to be one will make them not choose you, and you must meet those requirements

However, they aren't looking for new staff yet
