can i permanently remove my forum account so i can make a new one?

There Was A Similar Question About This Not Long Ago, You Cant Have Your Account Deleted, But You Can Ask For You Account To Be Banned.

If You wish To Do So Pm Someone From Here.

Also I Found The Quote From Scakk About This Subject:
