HI, When i report players for scamming and hacking where does the report go? I banned a player and the next day he is still playing? (He was a scammer) Can anyone tell me why?

You don't ban players, you just report them to moderaters. They have to take the time to sift throughall the reports and then ban the players, so it might take a few days.
