What is the Pm status for??? if it gets full what does it do, what does it mean?

If it gets full it means that your inbox has the maximum number of PM's available (60). To lower the status just delete some PM's.

To add to Silver Lion, when it gets full you will not be able to receive nor send PMs (private messages).

When it gets full, it means you cannot
Send/receive any Pms.
I keep mine below 50%
or a little over 50% ^^
