Crooked Merchant: Who do you think let all those octopi loose? I was just going to steal them but came up with a much better idea. Release them and let them destroy Captain Rhubarb's ship.
Crooked Merchant: Wipe out the competition plus weaken the defenses of Lolosia. I'm quite clever like that.
