PM Storage Problem

I got got a name change and now my PM storage, which was around 25%, is full. I deleted a few PMs and still it says that I won't be able to send/receive/store any more. Is there any way I can prevent change this?

Sorry, no. If you used to be a member of the Approved Author or Approved Poet groups (which have now been removed), then this would explain your PM space loss (rather than your name change). I'd advise either deleting further received PMs, or if you think you'll need them in the future, saving them using the "Archive" function.
