Shrinking Sig Sizes

I thought this might go here so...
I just Recently got my sig "eaten" (BooHoo So Sad! T_T)
I didnt know that file size had to be 50KB O_O
Mine was an animation I think 100KB (around that).
It has 3 layers with a render, text, and a background.
Can anyone tell me how to shrink it without altering the image?

 I recommend using PicResize, it's a easy-to-use tool to manipulate the size of your images.
