Signature .png Resize [Please Help..Fast]

Hey guys, I asked something similar to this before except I asked for .gif
And everyone keeps giving me wrong answers or doesnt understand what im talking about.
So I have a Sig thats 25KB over the limit (50KB). How to I resize that (without altering the image?
Not resize the dimension, Resize the Bytes.
A site or if you could do it, that would be great!

 He simply change the sig from a png to jpg. It means it lower the quality of the sig, which means the KBs are less. Uploading images to Tinypic (like d4 did) converts it to jpg.

The lower the size is,the lower the quality of an image it goes.
Png file gives you high quality but with big file size Jpg is like png but it is customizable and it will give you lower file size but it depends to the quality you pick.

Yes but jpg pixelizes it.
So do I save as png then resave as jpg?

I think it's good to save as PNG first. I save to PNG, then save as JPEG in GIMP. If I directly save to JPEG, the quality is considerably low, whilst saving to JPEG after PNG will have generally better quality.
