When you get your signature "munched", "fired", and all variations do you lose signature rights forever?

 No, you just lose then signature you used to have.
It got munched becuase it was too big.

You may update it again, but make sure you're following the signature rules.

If you need help about the signature, you can go here: Signature and Avatar Testing
Test a signature here, before using one. If you do so, it will avoid the "Munches" ^^
