I have a clan in the OOC section, but I want to make a different one. Is it possible to get my current one deleted, therefore allowing me to make a new one?

Yes, it possible to delete your clan, but only under certain guidelines.
Taken from Clans/Clubs Comprehensive Rules

You also have to post here in order to disband or delete your club.
