Well, I see no reason why you can't.
We have a section of the L&L board called Other Creative Prose. This would be where you would probably create a thread to collect your reviews. Despite the title, it is supposed to be where all other writing goes that isn't AE fanfic, poetry or collaborations. That includes scripts, reviews, etc. Then link that thread to a commentary thread in Works discussion.
My advice would be to make sure that you are complying with not only the AE forum rules, but the L&L board rules also. Trust me, each sub-board and forum in L&L has a tailored rule set. If your review follows all the rules, I see no reason why you can't put it there. Keep in mind the whole mindset of PG-13 too.
You would probably need to tag it with =Review= so that people understand what exactly you are doing.
I say go for it.
