I was already approved and joined the Approved Artist Group , but how come I still can't post or make an new thread ?

You need to wait for Khelios to accept you in the Approved Artists Group.

If you clicked the "Join!" button for the Approved Artists Group and if you got approval then all you have to do is wait until you get accepted in the group.

PMing Khelios helps, when you click join it suggests you send a message, when I did that, I was approved very soon.
