I can't create a signature because the section on my control panel where I can do that is missing. I don't even know where it should be on my control panel because I've never seen it before. As to why this is, I have no idea. It's just never been there and I don't know why.

Your signature may of either been disabled.. or you're unable to find it. Go to your profile, and then press CTRL + F. Then type "signature" into the box that comes up.

 Your signature was disabled at a point in the past. I have returned the ability to you. If you wish to know why it was disabled you can PM me and I will discuss it with you there.
