Do you guys ever delete users to save server space or whatever?
Like say someone made their account 5 years ago, posted twice, and never logged in again. Would you delete their account?
Or what if someone just made an account and never posted, over 3 years ago. Why would there be a reason for that account to exist?

I have never seen an account deleted and I am sure no one will see such action.
About old accounts or any example you given, the one who made the account CAN come back, why deleting the account when that person took his/her time to sign up?
Short answer: Accounts aren't deleted on this forum.

But wouldn't it save server space to delete accounts over 5 years old that have never been accessed?

 Unverified, old accounts might be occasionally deleted. I'm not certain.
