i sent an avatar to seahawk a couple of months ago but it didn't change yet (sen't in January)

Firstly, not all the avatars are accepted.
In order to be accepted an avatar should not exceed the size requirments (95px wide and 95px tall; less than 10kb in size); it should have the right extension (.jpeg; .jpg; .gif;) and at the same time it should look good too.
Also Seahawk uploads avatars in big numbers, not everytime he gets one. There's also the possibility that he got only a small number of avatars since you sent yours.
Try to look again through the list; maybe you missed it or it is uploaded in the wrong place.
