EFFECT

If she doesn't, she'll either perform a regular attack or an MP restoring attack. MP regain for that attack is (inflicted damage x 2)

EFFECT
Rubia has 3 different attacks. If she has X amount of MP, she'll perform a spell. Her second attack regains X amount of MP. Her last attack is a regular damage one.
