Non varium BH mid level SUCK horribly

I know a lot of people mentioned this before, but staff never solve this huge problem. The fact that BH at that level can't do 2vs2, and can't even do 1vs1, their gears are HORRIBLE (look at Mer) and their skill is really weak compare to other because their skill base too much on stat, which, a low level can't have (and they of course can't have Enhancement to abuse) and without Varium, without any good weapon too. The fact that there's no weapon give good stat for BH at that level

Maybe I do something wrong? Maybe people can give me a build for 28 BH? Because it's win rate is even lower than 50%

Shouldn't staff do something about this? This not only piss BH non varium user (they can't even reach max level to buy Varium) and make 2vs2 become even unbalanced

if u do 2 vs 2 with low lvl BH have a good smoke, energy shield, and dex boost. with a decent heal.
something i noticed as of late is that most low lvl players make builds to help out the 32s in 2 vs 2

It's not as useful as you think, way too easy to counter because of Support build lately

I think you gotta evolve or die, my bounty got 80% with a poison build but now he uses a balanced build that can adapt to different situations with a decent winrate.

What ur level? and gear? Honestly I don't lose to other BH and not to Poison build before

I used poison in beta, don't anymore, as for equips i have
acolyte blades
heartbreaker revolver
silenced launcher
soldier pm
and lvl 27

u know poison is not something can be used those day beside some heavy tank, which a non varium don't have (ya... i remember old poison build anyways)

You need to suck it up and either take the beaten from levels 27-30, 2v2 till a higher level, Npc till a higher level, or Quit. (most people would suggest you personaly do the last one of my suggestions )

man... I played BH and have 400 loses my Mer has only 100 loses

Epic... can't even find a good Blade with 20 stat *look at Mer again*

If they want to add anything for Varium, I really think BH should be next, just do some search, no weapons at lv 20+ have good stats (and even damage)

 Try a support build, I think there's a section on it under bounty hunter strategies. And I think I recall my bounty hunter (non-varium) doing quite well at that level using a tank build (again, tank in terms of that level). Venom strike might be a part of that build...or it might be a part of another, but I have favourable memories of that skill.

BHs dont suck you just need to know how to use them and have a good build, when i was a non-varium at lvl 20 to 28 it was pretty easy to beat people i used a high dex build with acolyte blades, cellzooka and some other energy gun dont remember the name and ive beat about 83% to 86% of my opponents and i also beat hank and the overlord guard at lvl 27 and titan at lvl 28 fairly easy

it all depends on the type of build you use and if you use it right

I see no reason for you to complain. My BH alt has 400 wins and only 100 losses and its all in 1v1 matches, no NPC at all. Maybe its how you do your strategy?

@Psy the problem is from 27+ xD lol I went really easy from lv1 to 23 though



@Frost with your win I think your level is like 20? idk maybe you do a lot of 2vs2

I'm guessing the problem is a sudden increase in varium high-level players? That's to be expected. No non-varium bounty hunter build at your level could beat these players, unless you are unusually lucky or they are unusually careless, or their build is simply...weird. You need burst damage (like a rage critical bunker buster or a plasma bolt) to beat them, which bounty hunters simply do not have. There might be a way to beat them, but I'm not the best build-maker around here...you could PM Xendran, though he is a varium user.

You might do better in 2 vs 2 though, the odds there are better. Use a combination of nerfing skills (smokescreen and EMP) and buffing skills (energy shield and reflex boost) to help your partner combat high-leveled players, and still have above-average firepower in case you run into a 2 vs 2 match that involves players around the same level or lower than you. You could also try NPCing more.

i was non-varium untell lvl 32 and i beat varium players being a non-varium hunter at high lvls so it can be done

Nearly everybody has problems, and has to rebuild loads at around the level 26-28 mark, because those 5 levels above seem unassailable. They aren't completely safe, after all, with my level 27 bounty (now 28 and on the way to 29) my win rate has gone from around 8wins-1 loss to around 2wins-1loss over those levels, but on the plus-side in 2v2 due to the level up i now dont die without either a decent smoke/poison and a heal, as well as a decent-ish aux (14-17 + 28 i think, though will have to go on it to check) so it isnt too bad once youve weathered the terror of level 27, the unbeatable level, with about as much chance at it as completing all 110 questions of the impossible quiz (which means i should be good at it, right? :D )

I can't remember about Non varium Mage but I think I can do stuff at least easier than BH, and yeah... Mage is even weaker somehow
My NV Mer... u don't have to say, it win even lv 32 sometime

I pretty much blame BH gears at this time, can't staff do something about this?

i only retrained once and that was at lvl 28 cuz i already know what build i wanted so i just lvled up and and put my stats and stuff the way i wanted ive had a bh back before beta but i forgot the email and username for it cuz i wasnt able to play for over 4 months
so i just made a new one and thats why i only had to retrain once but then when i after lvl 28 i retrained alot to beat the boss npc but i didnt have to change my build to much cuz i used the same high dex build i used on hank to beat overlord guard and titan then i just left it at that and once i got varium i retrained everything to optimise my build so i dont waste a single stat point and it works great

blue if you want help on a non-varium build pm me your lvl weapons and the stat points they give and what type of build you want and ill see what i can do

also add how much credits you to buy weapons

 The only issue I see here is that you can't find yourself a build that gets you a decent win rate. Yes, obviously levels 27-32 are the hardest, and lack of equipment can be frustrating.

The reason most level 26s have high win rates is because most lower levelled children players don't know how stats and skills work. The players that keep losing due to their lack of understanding of the mechanics of the game obviously get frustrated and quit. It's called natural selection.

Go to the builds subforum and request a build. And make sure to get the 15 kills an hour on NPCs.
