It shows the server time now: Wednesday, May 11, 2011 3:35:40 AM EST

You need to find out what time the release is relative to your time.

The UK is, I believe, +5 from EST, so it would be midday in the UK. The UAE is, I believe, +9 from EST, so it would be 4 PM in the UAE.
