how do i upload a sig??? i just went on image shack to get my url but which code do i take? it is resized to 500 width by 100 height in pixels

Looking at your signature, there are two problems with your tags:

Instead of [URL=http://] [/URL] the AE Forums use [link=http://] [/link] tags

Instead of [IMG] [IMG] the AE Forums use lowercase [img] [/img] or [image] [/image] tags
So to have your sig work, you'd have to use the following:

[link=http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/864/rszjpgn.jpg/][img]http://img864.imageshack.us/img864/210/rszjpgn.jpg[/img][/link]

You need to use lowercase letters in your tags, as shown in the code presented by Stray Cat.
