Fortune City: Cant pass. Biodome: Area too dangreous to proceed. Minetower: Mines too unstable to proceed. Will it unlock???

I've been waiting for that to unlock as well.

P.S. if those areas are too unstable, can't some NPC in-game make them passable? i'm just wondering.

Those are used for unfinished areas. I doubt you'll see those in the next while, but I could be wrong. If anything comes out I want it to be the Old Fortune City, cuz I know what it's supposed to be and it's awesome.

I think there will be a way to the old fortune city if you have the old fortune city card.
