 Account recovery pages

Moderators and general staff members do not have access to the records and database functions necessary for account retrieval. By filling out the webform on the relevant page linked above, you'll have the best chances for getting your account back. Please allow several days for a reply, since these are parsed by people who have many other obligations in addition to this job, and receive a lot of mail every week as well.

And under no circumstances should you ever ever ever tell anyone your password for any reason.

 i did but it needs my email but the hacker hacked my email and change the pass and i cant use it anymore

You should give the e-mail with which you've registered your account. Current e-mail doesn't matters.
If you are/were a member, you can send them your transaction code that would've reached your email.

They'll definitely help you out, Good Luck! :)

 Unless you have some means of proving the account is yours, there is no way to reclaim it, unfortunately. If you have payment records (a transaction ID would be the quickest way, but credit card/bank/paypal records might do as well). Please see the links above to find the contact information of the help desk.

Game account issues should not be posted on the forums; no one here has access to the necessary data and functions to aid in account recovery. Locked.
