If a tagged thread is dead for 7 days or more and someone posts on it would they get a warning/ would the thread get locked? Like would it count as necro bumping?

Most of the time you are fine to post in tagged threads, even if they are a bit old. Though if there is a more recent thread related to your comment it is better to post it in the newer thread.

If you are unsure of this you can ask an AK of the board in question and they are more likely to give to a more certain answer.

Locked per request.

Note that seventy two's answer is correct here. Tagged threads are normally exempt from the necrobumping rule.
