Those two have been sitting in my inventory for ever, they promised something awesome for them.

Time to pay up, make them a one time free class changes.

I agree, they're taking my space up
The fortune card could be for the entrance to the place behind Shadow Guard, and the bullets could be for a minigame quest where there would be a target you have to shoot with those bullets?
Skeptical, but possible!

free class change? how do those even relate to class change, but yea something needs to be done with them.
i bet they did that so that they would take space then you have to get more... they are marketing geniuses

the shadowguards also guard the mining refinery so the keycard could be for either.

who knows about the bullets :)

Maybe the bullets are for a special shop with the golden gun.
