Jugg battle low levels

Although this was deleted by some Mod that said "there is nothing to talk about in this type of thread"

I say the Lower levels have some sort of extra buff in luck or something I am constantly stunned and crited with such things my losses in Jugg increase although luck should happen from time to time I hate to lose by luck especially in Jugg because it is nowhere fair it seems they have luck on their side

well they did increase their first turn chance %. so who knows what else they did for stuns.
ill sure tell u this tho.
i noticed alot more stuns and crits from low lvls. and blocks
cause theres no way a newb with 15 dex (while smoked) can block twice or more on every match.

I meet a lot more low lvls in juggernaut battles than high lvls. And when I fight on my alts (lvl 28-30) I almost never fight juggernauts.
