I personlly am really glad this is happening and i am excited to be able to make caster builds with my high level characters.

I'm super happy about this, now high level tech mages will use caster spells, just like in beta, balance is coming along with it . Lets not forget about Ch that is the worst class right now, I'm sorry for them hope they are buff soon.

Well...It is a good start for balance. I just hope ED dosnt go to far and make it OP.

i think it sounds freakin awesome, you just dont see mages shooting magic things enough now days... and if you do... lol well you dont see them for very long

I am delighted about this! I always wanted mages' caster skills to be buffed and I even asked Cinderella :). I can't wait for this because it would open up numerous build possibilities and staves would become more valuable than swords for mages :p.

It's already AT 20%. .-.

Now, 35% would be a nice, nice thing...

Well, to me...it is. For a lot of people, they say it's a crap skill that has no purpose...but it's changed a number of battles completely around for me against level 33s.

finally, I have wanted this for SO long, the daeth of the TM sent me to the BH side, if they do it right, I may actually switch back, but maybe not, I like my bloodlust (but then again I liked reroute) (arrrrg, can't decide, but I just know that I won't choose TLM XP)

One thing i just thought of though, right now fireball already is powerful enough and it might be to powerful with a rescale.

@Pumking Then become a Blood Mage.
I don't think fireball should be buffed. Its good as it is seeing that its damage comes from an offensive stat.

u know, the lvl requirement for the buff should be 30.

also, does this mean the other moves like stun grenade and multi will be buffed? o.O

 i still use my caster build but a buff would be very welcome

FYI high tech caster builds work wonders for quick kills in 2v2

great, I myself am using a 126 + additional 51 dex Overload build due to Super Charge being Actualy Weaker imo
So I can't wait for this to happen...

Don't get too excited.

I will reserve my opinion until I see exactly what happens.

I am just so tired of seeing one main OP class/build. It makes the game so dull and boring. *yawns* That along with the ridiculous luck factor makes this game on par with playing marbles all by yourself and losing to yourself.
