Why so much I mean they already nerf Massacre why put more stat requirements on skills.

massacre Equivalent to a berzerker now. And they should probably take away the supp requirement on shadow arts and The tech one on bloodlust. I mean come on the HA no req,Reroute no req,Why BH'S Huh? And sorry to say but that's not balance, that's probably nerfs
