Character: Looks like StarStorm hasn't had any problems with the Shadowscythe. The buildings are all in perfect shape.
Character: It may not be too late to save her from Boltavolt. I better get moving and...oh great, company. Just what I need.

*StarStorm, using her powers, defeated enemies along the way, but...*
*From afar, Boltavolt uses his laser gun and shot StarStorm down, causing her to lose power and turn back into Selina*
Selina: My powers.. ?

Boltavolt appears in his new form...
Boltavolt: Every power of every hero on Zargon, MINE AT LONG LAST!! MWHAHAHAAA!!!
Boltavolt: I FINALLY WON!! TASTE DEFEAT HEROES OF ZARGON!
Boltavolt: Huh?
Selina: Well, the Pickler's powers were always a little unstable....
Boltavolt: Oh, right. Now, where was I?
Selina: "Taste defeat heroes?"
Boltavolt: That's it! Citizens of Mechtropolis, you will finally-
Character: Hold it right there Boltavolt!
Boltavolt: Oh. You again. And I was just about to do the speech I'd been practicing for years! You coulda waited you know!
Boltavolt: But you're too late this time, <Character>! You can't stop me now!
Boltavolt summons a Teravolt mecha
Teravolt: Oh this IS cool. I'm going to have to figure out how I did that.
Teravolt: First... let's see what else ultimate cosmic power can really do!

Boltavolt, stop this!
Teravolt: Give me one good reason!
1.2) Because you're going to explode and destroy this planet!
Teravolt: Explode? What do you mean I'm going to explode? (Go to 2.2)

Teravolt: And what makes you so sure I'm going to explode? (Go to 3.1 and 3.2)
3.1) Because I have good scanners and... stuff.
Teravolt: ... You're just bluffing. I feel great! Electrified even! You know you're outmatched! I've got everything under control! (Go to 4.1 and 4.2)
3.2) Because I'm from the future and we saw it happen.
Teravolt: From the future? Tell me, did you see this coming? (Doomed ending see below)
4.1) Are you sure? What about the Shadowscythe?
Teravolt: Oh I never planned to stick with them. Once my plan worked, I'd be strong enough to get rid of them. (Go to 4.5 and 4.6)
4.2) Are you sure? What about the people of Zargon?
Teravolt: They'll see I'm a progressive and forward-thinking dictator who has their best interests at heart...eventually. (Go to 4.3)
4.3) Eventually?
Teravolt: It's like they say, great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds and... uhh. (Go to 4.4)
4.4) Are you... ?
Teravolt: I'm fine! Just a minor power surge! (Go to 5.1 and 5.2)
4.5) You really didn't plan this out well.
Teravolt: And apparently, neither did you. (Doomed ending see below)
4.6) Then what about the people of Zargon?
Teravolt: They'll see I'm a progressive and forward-thinking dictator who has their best interests at heart...eventually. (Go to 4.7)

Teravolt: It's like they say, great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds and... uhh. (Go to 4.8)

Teravolt: I'm fine! Just a minor power surge! (Go to 5.1 and 5.2)
5.1) Are you really sure you're fine?
Teravolt: Yes, I'm sure! The transfer was... was... My calculations... (Go to 6.1 and 6.2)
5.2) Told you so - you're going to blow up!
Teravolt: That's it - this conversation is over. (Doomed ending see below)
6.1) That doesn't matter! You know your powers are overloading!
Teravolt: There was a slim chance that there'd be instability but... I... But I can control this! Besides, my plan worked! (Go to 7.1 and 7.2)
6.2) Looks like you screwed up again! Like always.
Teravolt: You sound like all the other former heroes on this planet. I'm going to enjoy this. (Doomed ending see below)
7.1) And what happens if you can't control it? Then what happens?
Teravolt: ...an uncontrolled release of that much unstable energy would be... catastrophic. (Go to 7.3)

Sys-Zero: Boltavolt detonated somewhere beyond the atmosphere. Zargon was out of range of the worst of it.
Sys-Zero: Can't say the same for the Shadowscythe fleet. If there's anything left, we can't detect it.
Sys-Zero: Oh, I sent a few people to collect Jemini but I just learned the cell was empty. She got away again and... Hang on...
Sys-Zero: <Character>. It's an emergency transmission from our wormhole. Something's happened to Dean Warlic!
Dean Warlic: ...no, I assure you, I'm much better now.
Dean Warlic: I'm afraid I was temporarily overwhelmed by the paradox wave created when Zargon's history was changed.
Dean Warlic: Sys-Zero. <Character>. What you did was rash, but understandable... Unfortunately, it was not without consequences.
Dean Warlic: The very fabric of reality has been weakened by chronal instability...
Dean Warlic: Instability we have caused with our prior wormhole travel. I blame myself for not recognizing the signs earlier.
Dean Warlic: However, my failure to do so was perhaps inevitable...
Dean Warlic: This mission resulted in massive instability, creating shockwaves that could be felt by anyone chronal-sensitive, like myself.
Dean Warlic: I'm afraid we can no longer rely on Char's wormhole technology. The damage has been done and can only get worse.
Dean Warlic: At most, we may be able to open one last wormhole before the damage becomes utterly irreparable...
Dean Warlic: Unfortunately, there is no cure for the damage done to my own chronal stability...
