April 3rd, 11:05 a.m.

I had my doubts on his "miracle machine", and they were proven correct.
The goggles from Experimental were rather helpful, allowing me to see the President's veins as they closed up.
Dr. Strebor was walking through the crowd, trying hard not to be noticed.
I quietly followed.
He walked down a long hallway, towards his room.
I waited until he was in his room, and he closed the door.
Then I followed.
I stopped outside his room, wondering how I was going to watch him, but I decided I was just going to listen.
I pressed my ear up to the door.
I heard him talking to himself about the machine, his frog, and the president.
No doubt, he was trying to figure out why it happened.
Now I heard smashing.
Was he breaking things? Or was someone invaded?
Either way, I had to find out. My mission was to protect him.
I pulled a paperclip out of my dress, and proceeded to attempt to pick the lock.
-Click-
Yes!...No!
I hadn't unlocked the door...He had.
He was coming out of his room.
I hid behind the door as it swung open.
He closed the door behind him.
His gaze moved to me.
Oh no...
I turned and ran to the end of the hall as fast as I could, and jumped out a window onto the grass five stories below.
What was I going to tell him?

September 12th, 11:48 p.m.
Months had passed, and I had simply followed him.
I needed to confront him soon.

It was night time, and he was inside a penthouse.
I sat in one of the windows, the cloaking device activated.
"New and Improved" it was.
The boss of the agency had given it to me, due to being spotted last encounter.

He was talking about these syringes...Horrible poisons...
Wait! They were leaving now!

I waited until I thought they wouldn't hear me, then jumped out of the window.
I ran as fast as I could, as quietly as I could, to catch up with them.
I did, and walked next to them, listening to their conversation.

"Necronomicus likes to hang out around here after a long day," Celestin whispered as they rounded a corner and started down Morte Avenue. "He won't expect you, but you'll still have to incapacitate him somehow. Can you do that without messing up or running away with your tail between your legs?"

"Jeez, who took a whiz in your corn flakes?" Strebor asked cheerfully.

"There he is," Celestin murmured. "See him?"

"Oh no...Necronomicus..." I thought.

"Yeah, I see him."

"Good. That's Necronomicus. Take him down."

"A little late for a stroll..." Necronomicus said.

Strebor didn't let him act. He let go of the wheelchair and seized Necronomicus by the shoulder. Before Necronomicus could react, Strebor plunged the syringe full of a strange orange liquid into his arm. He groaned and collapsed.

"What is this?" Necronomicus hissed as Celestin and Strebor hoisted him into the wheelchair. "Who are you? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME?"

Strebor simply chuckled. He squatted down and secured the restraints keeping hiss arms and legs from moving.

"ANSWER ME!"

Strebor removed his mask. "Doctor Strebor Goldenstein, nice to meet you."

Necronomicus' face melted from confusion to uncertainty to rage. "YOU FILTHY SON OF A BI-"

"Hey now, that's just unbecoming of a man of your intellect," Strebor said as he spun him around.

"Where are you taking me?"

"Nowhere special. You're just over-do...for a checkup." Strebor threw back his head and cackled.

Celestin sighed and rubbed his brow. "Moron."

I followed them.
So the boss was right...He was slowly losing more and more of his sanity.

I looked at Necron-
Wait...Is that...A zipper?!
They attacked a decoy!

I looked around.
I had to protect the Doctor.
I followed them to an abandoned warehouse, keeping watch all the time.

Celestin and Strebor began a conversation. I walked to their sides, and laid down a small speaker on a box, pointed towards them.

"STREBOR!" Celestin yelled.

I turned around to see Necronomicus in a corner and Strebor looking towards him.

"You thought it would be that easy?" Necronomicus asked.

Strebor threw a syringe full of some strange liquid at him.

He caught it mid-flight. It squirted a bit of the liquid onto his pointer finger and he smelled it. "Hydrouraniumoxide Acid. Very...potent. I thought you were one of the good guys, Doctor. They don't use such terrible things like acid. In fact, they don't interrogate people either."

He stepped under a light.

"You really think I don't know about everyone that leaves and enters this city?" he said. "You think I'd let you surprise me like that?"

He fired an arc of sizzling electricity. Strebor dove out of the way just in time. Instead of barbecuing him, it blasted a wooden crate to pieces. Luckily, it wasn't the crate with the speaker.

"Yes, dance you little rat, dance!" Necronomicus howled as he continued to blast electricity at the doctor.

I could do nothing but watch. Strebor grabbed a nearby trash can lid and slung it at Necronomicus. He sidestepped it like it was a dart being shot out of a Nerf gun.
Necronomicus pulled a grenade from his belt and, hovering a few feet above the air thanks to a jet pack, tossed the grenade at the doctor, who was cowering behind a big sheet of metal.

"Oh God, tear gas!" he yelled. Necronomicus laughed in contempt.

I saw Celestin getting ready to help. But I couldn't allow that. The doctor had to fight this fight alone. I walked up to Celestin, and thwacked him in the back of the head. She fell face down. I walked back to behind a crate, and continued to watch.

Strebor took a syringe containing a purple mixture and injected it into the small of Celestin's back. He awoke from his unconsciousness with a cough.

"What happened?" he asked foggily.

"Necronomicus found us. Can you stand?"

"Yeah..."

"Okay. I need you to provide a distraction for just a few seconds, okay?"

"Alright."

Celestin clambered to his feet and gripped a pillar for support. He raised his hand, and like a magician commanding a ball to rise, a bunch of discarded nails rose up and shot at the monster with lightning speed.

"Where are you Doctor...I have no time for games...GAH!" He screamed and yanked a rusty nail out of its shoulder. "You whelk!" he hissed as he advanced upon the weakened Celestin. With a flick of his wrist the nails fell away. Celestin growled and continued to lob miscellaneous objects at him, but they did nothing. He was too weak to overpower Necronomicus.

"What disease should I infect you with?" Necronomicus snarled. "Maybe smallpox. Or gangrene. Or the bubonic plague, they're all such fun."

Strebor ran up from behind.

"How about none of the above?" Strebor suggested as he plunged a red syringe into Necronomicus' neck.

Necronomicus crumpled to the floor without a word.

"What do we do with it?" Celestin asked weakly as he leaned on the pillar.

"I have no idea," Strebor said quietly. "But I'm going to have fun coming up with an idea."

I pulled out my microphone, and whispered, "I suggest you burn him."
The sound came out of the speaker to the right.

I jumped away to a window to continue watching.
