I agree that a forum would be a welcome addition. However, HeroSmash is still a young game, and correspondently the forum sections are also new. As the game progresses and eventually reaches its full release we will of course add new boards, but for the time being there probably isn't enough traffic to warrant a new section. Forums (and games for that matter!) take some time to grow naturally. And while the requests for help can still be asked in a single thread like they are now in the Q&A thread in the GD, there are other things that will need to come first.
Long story short, that type of forum is certainly on our to-do list. But until the game and concurrently the number of forum users playing the game grows, creating forums will happen on an as-needed basis.
