in my opinion the original classes are better lol maybe thats just me??

Ah.
Well, that depends who's using them. In general, I'd say they're all pretty equal. Blood mage and Tactical are both extremely powerful, and cyber is lacking, but good nonetheless. Tech mage is pretty good, Bounty hunter is the best class in-game, and mercenary is absolute garbage. Mind you, "better" means nothing because all classes have great potential, most just can't achieve it. I bet there are players who could go 95% with a tech mage, even against str mercs, while some fool as a TLM can barely break 50%.

It depends on who's using it. I'll tell you this: The older classes require more STRATEGY than the new ones.

 ^ more balancced cz it took them 1year and a half to make them balanced now with 6 classes it will take them 3 years to balance them witch is 2years and 7 months left :D

Cyber Hunter is pretty balanced and perfected in many ways, Shadow Arts making an minor exploit.

This isn't true. The ranking of classes is probably:

TLM > Merc > BH > Mage > CH > BM

Mind you this is overall win rate, e.g. a CH with an insane amount of dex may beat a strength TLM with low dex even though that strength TLM would have a higher overall rate. The position of the Mercenary might be controversial to some, but in my opinion the class is still OP. The only problem is that TLM is so much better that all the good Mercs turned to TLM, so there aren't any good new Merc builds. BM is clearly the weakest because it is vulnerable to energy drain and doesn't have a reliable mode of offense not plagued with blocks. BM is the class that would benefit most from smoke screen--swapped for intimidate.

BM is the only class that cannot drain energy, unfortunately. Assimilate should have never been removed. Even if it was still there, atom smasher and EMP grenade are more useful.

TLM...beacuse it's TLM.

BH kuz we're awesome with Massacre, Smoke, Cheapshot, etc...

Cyber Hunters are great. STR build wins, SUP build can win, I don't see why CH are bad, except for NO PASSIVES. (SA doesn't count as a passive it's so luck). Mages are =/= to Mercs, Mages use energy attacks when Hybrid starts out Physical...

And BMs...well...we know about them...

As a Bounty, I have a pretty good EMP. EMP a Merc, they're out for the count. GG.

BH aren't particularly strong against Mercs, CHs, or TLMs since BHs are extremely weak once they are EMPd or energy drain. But it's arguable that CH and Mage are similar and whilst BHs would lose against TLM, CH, and Merc, they have a good ratio against Mages. So:

TLM > Merc > CH = Mage = BH > BM

I believe a "better" class doesn't mean it's more powerful, just easier to use, to create build.

An example would be TLM, it can legally do anything. 5 Focus? Sure. Tech? sure. STR? sure. Dex? Sure. Not sure about Support.
CH is pretty UP IMO, however it's fairly creative compare to other classes.
BM is strong, very strong but lack in builds, that's why people hate it so much

The new classes are certainly more balanced as mentioned.

BM lack a energy drian.
Cyber hunters lack a main passive (mostly active) and a life drain/regain.
TLMs have a bonus main passive plus to many strength based attacks.

One main balance issue overall is maul however that thing is either too good or a waste of energy.
Personally I still think it needs a warm up, Str user who are lucky enough to start should not be allowed the previlage to stun first shot aswell.

What I c since the new classes are made in delta:

Mercenary: Underpowered, especially compared to the new evolved version of Mercenary.

Tech Mage: Doing fine, but may be dented by the FM nerf, still good overall.

Bounty Hunter: Tough, 5 focus and strength build works well with it. Dex build is also good. A wide variety of builds which encourages creativity.

Tactical Mercenary: Slightly Oped but not serverely OPed. Can be defeated with the right build but is too easy to use as compared to many other classes.

Blood Mage: Good combo hits, especially with strength. Strength builds work best for this build. Good class.

Cyber Hunter: Not underpowered definitely. People have alot of problems with good Cyber Hunters. Static Charge with a 2 CD is very good. If people complain and whine that its UP, that shows how much they know about this class.

Idk if this only apply to TM, but it's nearly impossible for me to beat BM, but I can beat STR TLM fairly easy without being stunned or blocked

Wow I would put

TaM > BH > CH > BM > TM > crap > more crap > Merc

Merc has never been good and they have always had horrible win ratios. Give them reroute, smoke, and a way to heal while attacking, and you got yourself a tremendous class.

Bounty hunters can be powerful, but mess up one simple skill/stat point and you suck. Mercenary isn't even close to garbage, it's amazing, better than BH. Hmm, stun grenade or Berserk? Mana depleter grenade or the bazooka skill? Hmm. Bounty hunter is absolute garbage compared to Mercenary.

My win/loss ratio for 1v1 is about 70%, and 2v2 68%, and mercenary has always been the class I'm best at. I used to have a stronger tech/BH, and i asked my friend to get on both and fight my Mercenary but they were annihilated , and my friend used only mace, sidearm and double strike.

Here is how I would rank the classes(from best to worst):

Easy to make a build with

  • 1Tactical Mercenary (just max hybrid armor, rerout, and some ability)

  • 2 Bounty hunter (blood lust, smoke screen, some massacre, and rest is your choice)

  • 3Mercenary(hybrid armor, then caster abilities or strength abilities)

  • 4Blood mage(blood lust, and then most skills will do good)

  • 5Tech mage(rerout, malfunction, rest is unknown)

  • 6Cyber hunter(probably static charge, but otherwise I have no idea how to build it)



Easy to play with


  • 1Mercenary(just cast your abilities and try to do damage)

  • 2Blood mage(also just cast stuff, but your stuff is harder to know when to use)

  • 3Bounty Hunters(usually smoke and then massacre, but otherwise pretty hard)

  • 4Tactical Mercenaries(Cast abilities with reroute in mind and know which ones to cast)

  • 5Tech mage(same as tactical mercenary, just harder to know what to do)

  • 6Cyber Hunter(Static charge is just hard to use)

Al you have to do is know how to use CH and it's easily the strongest. although it is prone to lacking luck even though it has SA
@Below: Yup :D lol TLM are a pain though but Massacre looping destroys them although it's almost impossible to do as a blocked static kill the entire build

Agreed Frost, the only reason why I mostly can't defeat TLMs is their Energy regain, other then that CH rocks everyones world out! /BroFist
