This could lead to many things for both the devs and players.

Should post this in the suggestions section with reasons why this would benefit both the developers and the consumers.

Just a point worth mentioning: they find it quite difficult; delays happening but short, due to bugs in coding, to make normal release and making new items once a week puts even more pressure on the Team along with normal releases and fixes. LTS is good enough once in a while, making random items rare isn't good as there will still be gaps.
