 I just went into a random 1vs1 and ended up with a str tlm all varium. I to am str tlm but im non varium. well he starts off with a crit and then blocks my first move. He then goes for a stun..... he gets the stun and crits! I healed my next turn but only to be raged back down to what i was. Then i shoot my gun to be deflected. In then end i say "luck xD." Then he says theres no way u can win... stupid non varium. what do you think of this? Rude?

Unfortunately, them having Varium does not mean they are nicer or better. Obviously not. Sorry you are coming across players like this but it is something we all get.

You have four choices I think.

1...Report
2...Ignore
3...Respond back badly. (This makes you as back as them) IMO
4...Respond nicely.

 There's nothing we can do about rude players. It's the internet, and sad to say, the kid behind the screen is acting like that to make himself/herself feel better. Just ignore it and be mature about the situation. No use fighting in words when the person is unreasonable, spoiled and in a bad mood. And regarding people acting high and mighty because of varium, either spoiled or over inflated egos. Just enjoy Christmas. I know people who stick around those people won't.

^No offence, but I think you are the rudest forumite around here. Instead of helping, you make some smart comment. When you need help, you demand an answer without any please or thank you. Work on it, maybe one day you'll become a grunt!

Back on topic: Things like this happen, sometimes you just gotta move on from it. Sooner or later, he'll meet someone who does the same thing to him. Talk about returning the favor!

As what Fay said , that's just normal , but i think some reasons why are they like that :
1) They were trashtalked , insulted or called in any negative form by other players so they were influenced .
2) They could be nice but are rude in the Internet .
3) They must be immature kids .
4) They're too noob to understand or to mature like pros .

Well that's all i could list , so if you face more of those guys , just ignore them and get your game on !

When you meet someone else online and they're not your RL friend, expect them to use you.

Also a result of bad parenting and cultural influences.

 If he got the first word in you could always respond in a different language it really messes with them because they think their trolling was pointless because you have no clue what they said.

Otherwise just stay quite or kill them with kindness there is nothing a troll hates more then not getting their way which is forcing a sharp response back at them.

 I have seen a terrible change in the community, most players I encounter say something rude and i just ignore them as i would just be encouraging them, but now so have experienced well knowned players picked up this habit, I could name a few but i won't.

i just realized something...everytime someone is being rude and it is very clear what age they are (8,9,10) i call it out "i'm not wasting my time with a (insert age here) year old" they ALL claim to be 15

It's not fun talking anymore. Half of the community are very rude and I hate to chat to anyone in game because they either insult for very stupid reason or ask for fame.
I really hate how Fame ruin ED community

Other: plzz
Other: plzz
Other: Noob

1/4 of other complain about balance without giving any good way to balance.

He has a point. He may have gotten lucky, but he would have won the fight even if it had been fair.

You know what? It's not the first time.
If players can't behave themselves properly, or at least show respect to others,
they are beneath your notice. It may make you feel bad, bu remember:
He isn't good. He hides behind piles of varium to win. YOU'RE the better player.

So forget him and merry christmas.

@technicaltimmy I am on winter break, and I happen to have a smartphone which grants access here. Not so smart to figure that out? "Give me an explanation". I wont argue with you anymore; you're probably a 12 year old kid who hasn't learnt how to manage the tone in which you communicate. I understand, no need to reply, I wont read your childish reply. I think the majority of rude varium players are made up of non var's who got sick of losing and decided to buy some varium, and not ones who've been buying varium from the start.

I know some non var's turned varium who became cocky because their wins either passed or equaled their losses, and believe they can talk down to others just because other varium players have talked down to them.

 If you have issues with people then either report them, ignore them or report and ignore them. There is no need to make a thread to call them out and stir up more trouble.
