Introduction
[1]

Greetings, fellow player! Faerdin and Shaiyal are here to give you all of the information that you may need when using the ChronoCorruptor Class. If you purchased the 2012 "Year of Chaos" Calendar and have received the ChronoCorruptor Class, then congratulations! If you do not have the Class and merely wish to have more information, well, you've come to the right place and you may still find this information helpful. Either way, we wish you the best of luck.

Origins
[2]

In 2010, Artix Entertainment released a Calendar called the 2011 "Year of the Moglin" Calendar. This Calendar came with a Class called Chronomancer, which went on to become the first permanently rare Class in Dragonfable (Not counting the Shadow Base Classes, which are simply special versions of the Base Classes). Chronomancer became very popular and its success caused a similar Class to be released with the 2012 "Year of Chaos" Calendar that was made a while after. ChronoCorruptor was designed by Tomix and coded by Rolith, who both agreed to create the Class even though ChronoCorruptor was originally intended to be for AdventureQuest Worlds alone. Those who purchased and received the Calendar before the Class was truly released received an item that served as a placeholder for the Class itself, called the "Chaorrupted Clock." On January 24th, 2012, the name of the placeholder was changed from "Chaorrupted Clock" to "Chronocorruptor."

How to Obtain
[3]

ChronoCorruptor can be obtained through purchasing the AE 2012 "Year of Chaos" Calendar from HeroMart or certain stores such as Toys R Us. Unfortunately, the amount of Calendars being created are limited. This means that ChronoCorruptor, like Chronomancer before it, will eventually become a permanently rare Class.
Once you receive your Calendar, you need to check the very last page for a code (This is the same page that possesses the ChronoCorruptor Card for the AQWorlds Card Game). If you have it, you can log into your Artix Entertainment Master Account. Remember to have your Dragonfable Account properly linked to the Master Account, and then hit the button that says "My Account." From there you must press the button that says "Redeem Prize Code" and enter your code on the following page. Simply choose which Dragonfable Character receives the Class and you're good to go!

Note: If you were logged into Dragonfable while you redeemed the code for ChronoCorruptor, you may not see it in your Inventory immediately. To fix this, clear your cache and restart your web browser. You should see ChronoCorruptor in your Inventory upon logging in once again.

Matching Equipment
[4]

Now that you know some of the basic information on ChronoCorruptor, you may be wondering which pieces of equipment look nice with the Class. You will be able to find some solutions to that problem here!

Battle Strategies
[7]

[ // Indicates a comment on the strategy or a break in strategies]

[Vs. 1:]
// Blink --> Scratch --> Continuum Slip --> Cannon of Meanwhile
// Cannon of Meanwhile --> Scratch --> Continuum Slip --> Blink //Useful if you need to recover Mana from an opponent

[Vs. 2 / 3:]
// Blink --> Multi Strike --> Chronowall --> Scratch --> Continuum Slip
// Chronowall --> Multi Strike --> Fast Forward --> Chronowall --> Multi Strike --> Blink //Fast Forward's cool-down does not reset with every battle, making it semi-unreliable in quests with multiple Vs. 2 / 3 battles

[Vs. Boss:]
// Blink --> Tempus Blade ---> Chronowall --> Cannon of Meanwhile --> Scratch --> Continuum Slip --> Chronolock --> //Attack until dead, or one move is repeatable

[Vs. Boss with 2/3 opponents:]
// Chronowall --> Multi Strike --> Blink, on main opponent --> Scratch, on the side opponents --> Chonolock, on main opponent --> Cannon of Meanwhile, on anyone left, or on the boss.

ChronoCorruptor Frequently Asked Questions
[8]

-When did the "Chaorrupted Clock" become the Chronocorrupter armour?-
The "Chaorrupted Clock" became the Chronocorrupter armour on January 24th, 2012, instead of the first, due to Rolith being sick at the time.

-I bought the calender, but I can't find the code, where is it?-
The code is on the very back page of the calender that you ordered from HeroMart.com, for further information, see "How to Obtain" [3]

-How does Continuum Slip work?-
it is supposed to deal damage based on how much damage you did on your VERY first turn in the battle

-Can I save Chronocorrupter as my Log-in class?-
Yes, however you have to save it at the Orb of Saving, as the Armour Closet does not verify that the player has the class yet.

-There is no entry of Chronocorrupter in the DF Encyclopaedia, why is this?-
As the class' skills are being de- / buffed, it was easier for the 'Pedia to wait until the class was 100% done

-I keep seeing "ChronoCorruptor" being spelt different ways, which way is correct?-
The DNs refer to it as "Chronocorrupter", although many have adapted it to "ChronoCorruptor", personal choice, I'd say, until they release the full name.
