how many non vars actually got the chance to buy this weapon? some vars got it beacuse it was limited rare and took advantage and the amount should have been increasedto at least 500.

what do you guys think? this is NOT a suggestion please dont make it into one.

also no flamming that is all

The new Mutating wep wasn't made to satisfy everyone but rather just to get a chance at the Treasure Hunter cheevo for people who are also for bragging rights not just for good stats . And besides i don't see Varium players buying as a problem since they're facing financial problems too . But the real problem isn't what type or how many players are buying it ; the real problem is the system which is LQS ( Limited Quantity ) Why? It's because not everybody are able to buy it due to different timezones and different schedules .

when they changed it from limited quantity to limited time everyone bought them, when they added 500 on multiple NPCs
everyone bought em. Although it's good for profits, I don't think they wanted everyone to be using the same rares.

so Yeah I feel your pain if you missed out, but maybe they have a more long term plan and this is just the first taste.

While releasing limited quantity varium stuff encourages varium purchases, releasing limited quantity non-varium items is so pointless. If they really want to preserve their rarity, they should release them in limited time shops, like 24 hours or so.

I got it.


I sat at the restock for 30+ min, watching the number go down by 1 every 15 minutes...

i meant out of the amount that was there how many people who were non vars actually bought it. i would have thought only a couple

I'm an Varium player and I bought it. I like it. You don't see limited suggested items often, now, don't you?

I would, because since I'm a varium guy which I really don't need it, and I want F2P's to have a chance to have it.

Well I was hoping for a physical primary mutating weapon. :( Plus I already have a much better mutating energy weapon.

I know most of my non var friends got the weps, so did I. And I've seen maybe about 20-30 others that had it in 2 vs 2

they should ban Wraith for being an antagonistic troll who is just trying to take a giant **** on non variums for his own personal pleasure.

ok, I asked Rainaka why they made the mutating weapon limited quanity shop, and here was the answer

@psibertus: then they should think of a way of preventing varium players from purchasing them.
Besides, I wonder how many nonvar people that "asked for that to happen" have really had a chance to get what they asked for lol.

I can walk upto someone and smash them in the face with a hammer and probably get away with it, I might even enjoy doing it but it
doesn't mean that I can push the blame for the hammer attack onto the Police or Government for allowing the possibility of it happening.

it's not like they can restrict who buys them, and because you can sell them you can keep buying them. I bet it's pretty complicated to
code it so that you can only buy one, ever. also what if someone accidentally sold it. that would mean they could never get it back.

this is another situation in which it's down to the community to do the right thing and not just be typical predictable trolls.

funniest thing is they actually think they are being clever and original, and that the "reducing competition" argument is legit. it isn't.
any kid can troll others. it doesn't take a genius. buy hey, they want attention because no-one gives 2 ****s about them in real life.


ON TOPIC
Yeah I still don't agree with the LQS for a non-var rare, but if every non-var that can afford it has it, not really all that rare right.
