Right so a while ago during halloween i sold my armor in order to get the halloween seasonal rare, this was a bit stupid of me to do because the armor is lvl 30 and im 29. i thought i could lvl up easy though. BUT since i sold my last armor all my stats were decreased and now i can't acctualy beat anyone in order to lvl up.

so, i was just thinking, is anyone else finding it impossible to level up?

 Armor is a must at that Level. Fact it's at least 10 more stats (non-Varium Armor) or even 16+ for a Varium one, and 8-9 Def/Res which is equal to about 32-45 Tech/Dex in one item without a penality. Problem isn't with Level up but maybe matching, but without an Armor, you're bound to lose much more to players of your own Level even.

I would have placed the Primary over Armour as well. +30 outgoing damage for example every turn with Strike, opposed to -8 damage incoming every turn passively. I would get the Primary too, but there were many other possibilities for you before you went ahead and sold your Armour. You could have asked us in the forums, we would have helped you for advice. Now you have placed yourself in a broke and losing position. I'm sorry to tell you this but the only way for you to rebound is for you to grind. Maximize your best offense skills and grind away, eventually you will have enough credits to get the Armour that you want.

yea matching is a bit cruddy aswell, im 29 and i get 12 exp for a win, i need another 2k exp to hit 30, and so far i've only been matched with lvl 34 or 33, i might aswell quit cuz i don't see myself hitting 30 this year...

2K Exp may take a while without Armor but don't give up! I believe in you!!

once i hit 30 it'll be a lot easier to win because i'll be able to wear my armor, but it's gonna take soooooo long to get there :/

Well (just a suggestion) Do 15 npc every hour you are on. That is a sure 180 for you. Then if you add that to those you do win, bonus. Also getting credits at the same time:)

also you can do 2v2. it is absolutely filled with undergeared players, you should get enough decent partners to keep you ticking over.
just do that and NPCs, it doesn't matter if the NPC is 5 levels lower just as long as you get XP/Creds from beating them. also try to
login during power hour, it makes a hell of a difference.

I have to agree with Angels Holocaust. (I particulary dislike agreeing with Angels so I am twice mad at you).

They are 3 real solutions which were already pointed out by the others:

- stick to NPC'S

- Play power hour as much as possibe

- Stay in 2vs2 and hope for a level cap pro partner

It is not Impossible

this is what power hour and npcs are for.

Indeed it is. 28-31 will have to be the hardest place imo. My alt is lvl 30, varium with beta gun and aux + halloween armor and a claw from that event aswell. With that knowledge, I can say that I have a pretty nice equipment yet its almost impossible for me to win a normal 1v1 battle. Ontop of that I am a experienced player. If I joined the game today and got to this level, I would probably stop play the game...

@Oba: well you usually know if you wanna carry on or not by the time you hit 27, if you think it is bad upto level 30, wait till you start grinding
from 30 to 34, it will make you weep. I managed to get 5 chars to 34, 2 to 33 and 1 to 32. it is soul destroying but I just love the game.

5: Buy more varium, class change whenever a different class becomes OP and win at all costs. I heard it works.

My recomend is go to 2v2 and npc in power hour. In 2v2, u wil hav maybe varium partner or noob enemy. Npc, u wil win for sure.
If u loose in 2v2, u wil stil get exp if u kil 1 enemy. Trus me, dat how i level wit basic claws...

 I remember beating up NPCs the entire road. 40% of my kills are NPCs. Stopped NPCing though, Jugg + NPC/Focus + NPC = EPICFAIL :D

It's hard and honestly not worth your time if you don't have the varium to back up the necessary items in order to win every time. Just keep at it. Personally I like to choose a day with nothing to do and dedicate it to leveling up all day once the level cap has been raised. You may use tricks such as XP Boosts, Power Hour, and Fighting NPC's such as the lawman who give you tons of XP.

But back on topic, level up is particularly hard in the 28+ levels. Why? Cause you gotsa fight the high levels then. The founders, beta players, gamma players, legends, and of course the thick skulled strength BM's (jk guys...or ammmmmm I? xD)

your alternate account is level 29 and you have to battle regular faces at a -5 level handicap...

trust me Mephist, losing often due to level differences is going to be annoying, but ever so sweet the closer the level to the superior level cap. Just be a hipster and only play on power hour against 15 NPCs and for the rest of the hour in 2v2, just bring a level 10 multi skill, enough health to last 2 turns, and abuse that skill power! Reznov will appreciate your efforts for tha mutterland.

@mephist i did the same when i saw that bunny borg was out but it was sold out just as i sold my armour and i had to level up aswell but i just mainly did 2vs2 and npc's
