 You need to sell this products because most player are from england that play this game and so i bet their is 1000s of or people that think this should happen

Perhaps, but the staff have to consider many things, such as shipping price, connections in the United Kingdom, as well as venues to sell them. Also, they have to think about how much profit they'll make - are there more players in the UK or are there more in the US and other countries where they get shipped. The reason they sell in Brazil and US is because shipping's easier due to only having to travel via land, but overseas shipping is far more costly. Don't get me wrong, I want these things in the UK as well, but I realize they may not be able to do it/ afford it.

 Do you mean shipping items from Heromart to the UK? Because according to this, they are.

They can ship anywhere in the world, However it is up to you to have the right tool's, E.g (Example): Credit card, Paypal account, etc.. Although your topic clearly states,
"Sell Hero mart items in the United Kingdom" Heromart is an online store my friend.

 Considering all their production facilities are likely to be in the US its doubtful they would set up an office in England.

Saying that you can always pay extra to get it shipped to you from the US, or go in with other people who want the products to lower the shipping costs.
