Hi, I must first of all tell you that I am sorry for now breaking your forum rule about not talking about my account issues, but it is important that this gets some attention as it is something that might affect other players as well. I started playing the game only 2 days ago and have fervently played it since then (except for when I slept). I cannot even begin to imagine what I might have done to deserve being kicked, so I wanted to make sure this isn't some big problem that is affecting others also.
I have noticed that some players are offensive regarding language but this is not something I indulge in, in fact I might even apologize when I beat someone who is lower level than I, so this really shouldn't be the reason.
I also noticed that you try to prevent botting by having a string of numbers/letters to write often when a duel is about to start, I have mistaken the n/h's in those a couple of times (understandably I hope) and if this is the reason why I was banned then I would seriously expect this to be a big problem for many users. Also, I doubt any bot would end up with a good winratio for 1v1...
Another possible reason as I reflect over the last days could be that some players reported me for hacking? I don't even know what hacking would look like, but sure enough I have sometimes used good strategies to avoid taking much damage and I hope that I wasn't kicked because someone was angry about doing low damage to me when I had tons of dexterity and defense matrix activated?
Another far fetched possibility I would suspect would be if admins are allowed to partake in battles, because I got kicked right after my teammate died, if he was an admin I would suspect him of misconduct, but there is no way I could remember his name.
Lastly, as a veteran gamer I have thrived in gaming communities online for 15 years and I have never really had problems, because I conduct myself in an amicable manner. So, something is amiss in your game if someone like me gets kicked/banned.
